Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-06
Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Welder GTM (the "Service"), operated by Welder. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The service
Welder GTM helps you plan, generate, and publish marketing content across supported social platforms. It reads a product URL you provide to build a working understanding of your product, drafts posts and short videos in your approved voice, and publishes on a schedule through the official APIs of the platforms you connect. Automated features act within the rules and review settings you configure.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Subscriptions, billing, and renewals
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Prices are shown before you check out; taxes may be added where required. Optional add-ons and one-time boosters are billed as described at the point of purchase.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your workspace stays accessible until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Where an EU or UK statutory right of withdrawal applies, the terms presented at checkout govern that right.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to create or publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, hateful, or that violates the rules of a connected platform. You must not attempt to breach the Service’s security, interfere with its operation, resell it without authorization, or use it to send spam. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Your content and connected accounts
You retain ownership of the product information, examples, images, and other materials you provide, and of the content published to your accounts. You grant Welder the permissions needed to process this material to operate the Service — including generating drafts and publishing on your behalf to the platforms you connect. You are responsible for reviewing content according to your chosen review settings before it is published.
Third-party platforms and APIs
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (such as Bluesky, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, and others) through their official APIs. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, rate limits, or account actions taken by those platforms, which can affect publishing.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Welder and protected by law. These terms do not transfer any Welder intellectual property to you beyond the limited right to use the Service as permitted here.
AI-generated content
Content drafted by the Service is generated by automated systems and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing generated content for accuracy, legality, and suitability before it is published. Welder does not warrant that generated content is original, non-infringing, or fit for any particular purpose.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular marketing result.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Welder will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Welder harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these terms or of any third-party rights.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the Service becomes impractical. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
Changes to the service or these terms
We may update the Service and these terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice, for example by email or within the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at Welder’s place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence are not affected.
